Best as in best to use to shoot stuff e.g. home videos?

Out of all the camera you listed above, it seems sony and JVC GZ MS100 are super good. Cannon is ok, if you are a beginner then you can go for JVC d850. if you want it with more options and dvd output go for sony and JVC.
