I have a JVC Mini DV video camera, model GR-D370U and I cant get my windows NT to recongize it for download?
What is happening is windows is saying that it doesnt have the driver and that it has failed. I was wanting to know how to correct it so that I can download my mini DV cassetts to my laptop.

The problem is you are using an obsolete operating system (NT) that is not supported by Microsoft (thus no drivers). It’s time to upgrade to Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000 Pro, both of those are excellent.
