I’m trying to transfer a tv show to my video ipod but when I try to drop the show into the folder it tells me that "Some items in the itunes library were not copied because your ipod software is to old. Go to Summary tab and click update…"

But when I go to click on the update button, it’s grayed out and says that only mac-formated ipods can be updated.

I did originally have a pc when I first got it. Is there any way to re-format it?

Please help!!
