Is this a good camcorder?

I was going to use it for home videos. Maybe make my own little videos/ short movies and use it to make reviews for my youtube channel.

You get what you pay for is the simple answer.

Maybe its at a good price (cheap) but are you going to get value for money, is it going to give you high quality images (doubt it) is it going to last more than 6 months (doubt it) are you going to be able to get it repaired if it does go wrong ( maybe but its not going to be easy)

if you are concerned about the price then leave it a bit longer and get a branded camcorder (Sony, JVC, Canon, Even Sanyo) they have reputations, and offer good service.

Good luck in finding the right camcorder

I’d have to see examples of the video quality. A lot of these "HD" cameras that are this inexpensive usually have really low video quality. Sure their resolution is 1080p, but it’s usually not sharp or clean. It would be good for a web cam, but for making shorts I would look somewhere else.
