		<description>Probably the best for capturing HD content right now is HDCAM. Down from that is XDCAM. But those are professional.

Still down from there is something you&#039;re more likely to be working with. I would recommend DVCPRO HD, which the HVX200 uses to shoot in 1080p. It&#039;s a great format because, unlike HDV, you don&#039;t get these highly compressed images they start to show their weaknesses when you start to edit them.

Also, it&#039;s important to note that you probably want to buy cameras that give you the option of shooting in 1080p because 1080i (interlaced) is not the best quality.</description>
