Get a converter that will convert the videos first. What you get depends on the videos you are trying to convert. If you are just converting flv files then try Kate's Video Converter. It is free. You can use Voobys if you are gettin videos from youtube. Otherwise get Super or Handbrake-both are free-to convert DVDs. You can also buy a converter. If they are avi files you can use Windows Movie Maker to convert to wmv with a resolution no larger than 320x240. I've found that Zune will convert any video that is not wmv. I have it syncing a video podcast now that I downloaded from the Marketplace. Because it is in mpeg-4 format Zune is converting.
