		<description>You don&#039;t Import from the camera, you Capture.  You should be doing that from Premiere with the camera on. The program controls the camera.  Also, generally, you need Firewire for video capture.   
You&#039;d do well to get a good MiniDV camera (Canon) to assure compatibility.  If you&#039;re using a top-rate editing package you don&#039;t want to worry about compatibility.</description>
