How Do I Upload Videos To My Computer From My SD Card?

I own a JVC HD 1080P Camera. And I can only directly upload my videos from MediaBrowser from my camera. When I use my SD Card Files that cant be put on Youtube, Windows Movie Maker, Or anywhere Else Pop Up. Can i have some directions how to Process these files? Or just how to get My SD Files onto Windows Movie Maker?

    You need to convert the video into something that WMM will import, go here and choose what prog you want to use some are free others you have to pay for.

    If you have recorded in HD then they will probably down grade the video to STD definition. Your other option is to get one that handles HD, There are not many free ones that I can think of most you have to buy or get on a trial basis such as Adobe Premiere, or Vegas.
