I need any suggestions about HD camcorder choosing: what is the main thing – brand, type, sensors etc.?

and in my opinion the best HD camcorder is: 3CCD with Memory card. What do you think about bestest HD camcorder?

Memory cards don’t hold as much data as tape
Memory card systems also use funny file types not supported by most editing software
The best HD camera is the one most compatible with software like Avid Pro, Premier Pro, Studio 11 Plus and Vegas
If you can import and edit your footage what good is it, except for direct viewing.
im not sure what 3CCD means exactly but i heard that
